Quilpie State College (est. 1918) has a proud history of offering quality educational opportunities for all our students. Our students learn the values of being safe, being respectful and being a learner through the use of the Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) framework. We uphold our school motto of 'Work to Excel' as it emphasises our focus on students striving to achieve their very best in all aspects of their learning.

Our school caters for students from Prep to Year 10 and aims to provide a learning environment that is responsive and future orientated through learning programs that equip students for the demands and rigours of a changing world. Students are taught the Australian Curriculum and given a multitude of opportunities to engage, explore and develop their learning.

Our participation in the community and across the district is paramount as we highly value students' engagement despite our remote location. Quilpie State College prides itself on being a safe, caring, inclusive environment for our students, staff and school community.
